Bob is great. We interviewed and got quotes from several other flooring companies, but chose HFS because of their reviews on Yelp. Glad we did. After making our selection, and having one room completed, we realized we'd chosen the wrong floor for our style. We reached out to Bob in a state of panic, but his handling was nothing shy of first class. The old floor was removed, the vast majority refunded, and the new floor installed with absolutely no delay in our project timeline... and most of this was done while we were out of town, DURING THE HOLIDAY. I highly recommend these folks.

I have been remiss in giving a shout-out to Hardwood Flooring. They did a superb job installing our original flooring in 2011. We recently had a water problem in the bathroom that compromised the flooring at the threshold of the bathroom. I called Bob (the owner) of Hardwood Flooring to have the flooring replaced at the threshold. There was no runaround by the owner, he said the original installer would be there the next week. The installer arrived when he said he would and replaced the wood with a piece leftover from the original job for a nominal price. There are many things to be said about this company. Number 1, they stand behind their work. They will be there tomorrow if you have a problem. They are the best!

I picked HFS because of the Yelp reviews and couldn't be happier! We had four bedrooms refloored with engineered hardwood. The team of installers sent to our house each had between 7 and 14 years of experience installing hardwood floors. They were experts at their craft, installed exactly what we ordered, and completed the job in the time frame they told us. This was a big commitment for our family and I'm so glad we selected HFS to do the job!

After going to Home Depot for a quote and getting the runaround with the install date being pushed back, I went to Hardwood Flooring Services and met with Bob. Within 2 weeks, he had my floor measured and the beautiful wood flooring installed. His crew has been with him for years, were professional, and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company, their products, and their quality of work!

Bob and his team did a wonderful job installing beautiful maple flooring in our home. Since all of my family has allergies, we did the install in three phases to make sure no one reacted to the wood or chemicals. Bob and his team worked with us and took precautions to reduce the dust and chemicals during install. The workers showed up on time, were courteous, and did great work. I would highly recommend Hardwood Flooring Services.

We had just bought a new house in Austin and wanted to change out the old laminate and carpeting for engineered hardwood. We decided to give Hardwood Flooring Services a call due to all the stellar reviews online, and we're really, really happy we did. Bob came out promptly to give us a bid and was happy to answer all of our questions. His crew arrived when he said they would, and did an absolutely beautiful job. They worked fast, were super polite, left our place cleaner than they found it, and even came out later to replace a damaged board for no charge (we told them we thought it happened when movers brought in our furniture, not when they were laying the floor, but Bob wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with everything even though the damaged board likely wasn't even their fault). Basically, we couldn't be happier with our new floors and the quality of Hardwood Flooring Services' work, and we'll certainly be recommending them to our friends and neighbors.

Bob is the man! Moved into a new house and needed floors before we moved. Bob made it happen. Had a slight color difference in the caulk used to transition to the tile and he sent another crew out to make it right. If you need woods floors, this is the place.

We had such a great experience from start to finish. The showroom staff was very knowledgeable and really helped us get exactly what we were looking for in terms of product. The install was priced competitively compared to other flooring companies we checked out, and communication throughout the process was awesome. The install crew was the best work crew I've ever encountered, hands down. We were very impressed with their work and professionalism. Lots of vendors (painters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) I've used recently, I've thought, "well they're fine, but I'll try someone else next time to see if there's better out there." I wouldn't try someone else for floors next time; without question I'd stick with these guys!

Hard to believe that any company can have all five star reviews. But this company deserves five stars. They just installed flooring in my house. The layout of our rooms made for a difficult install but they did an incredible job. Everything from estimate, selection, and install was perfect. They will do what they say to the last detail. Pleasure to do business with them.
